Between my Dad and Mom over the last 18 months I’ve dealt with 5 different nursing and rehab centers. Westbury was by FAR the best we dealt with. From enrollment, to daily medicines, to rehab, to PA support, to discharge they get an A plus. Fayette Piedmont gave us a list to pick our top three for placement and questioned me when I did not go with a higher star rating. There system is broke. Westbury deserves 5 stars for every aspect of their care, communication and rehab work. Other places were no where near as efficient or helpful in this difficult time. Do not hesitate to select this facility. Do not believe the hospitals star ratings. A nicely painted building does not mean great care.

Best.staff ever Best place. Very happy place to be. Thank you for the excellent care for my mom and compassion. From everyone. The patients are lovely as well. Well taken care of here. The pt team, speech team, nurses, house cleaning, activities committee and coordinators and the food staff are awesome.

Very professional and friendly nursing staff. The occupational therapist and physical therapist have gone above and beyond. They are a blessing. Nursing staff is efficient in taking care of each patient’s medical needs promptly. The staff is friendly, compassionate and enthusiastic. My mom loves it. Thank you for the work that you do. Westbury Center of Jackson really went all out for their residents. I love the time I get to spend with my brother who is there. They take great care of him. This is Carol Walker sister to David Bishop ( who is a resident of Westbury)
