The admissions director was understanding as well as most helpful. The nursing staff was thoughtful, attentive and compassionate. The general staff was friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The building is old but what stood out were the values expressed, in the daily interactions among staff and residents.

This facility obe of the nost well kept buildings ice have ever been in. Everyone works as a team and its heart warming the amount of care and consideration for all residents. Every resident has the right to be treated with equality and fairness and care and consideration when it comes to the quality of their care. And I must say, this staff team here is simply amazing.

my mother is happy here ,i come visit very often and met and know a lot of staff and residents. i’m highly satisfied with the care she Receives and the extra attention from certain staff members that makes her feel good . This place is clean and she enjoys most of her meals.mom doesn’t see or hear well so she need this social activity.

As soon as you walk through the door you instantly feel at home. Just watching the quality of care given by the staff and management team is extremely heart warming. It’s the small things for me such as watching the one on one interactions with all the residents. No matter how busy everyone is they all take time to greet everyone with a good morning and ask how they are doing. Good job Westwoods you’re truly an amazing place !!!

So many employees are great. Love seeing the smiles when I come in. The care my grandma gets is good. My 100 yr old grandma loves to play her bingo, She loves when the staff gives her attention. Celebrated her birthday in style this year. Singer, queens stopped by and finished with a fire truck drive through. Thank you West Woods staff for loving my grandma. 💞
