Beautiful facility. Wonderful staff. Some of the food was good, some was not. Needs improvement. All in all it was a good experience.

My mother is there now in the Rehab due to a broken hip and partial hip replacement. They facility is amazing and the staff incredible. Nice, kind, attentive and activities for her to do each day, PT and OT each day. I highly recommend the short term, skilled nursing rehab in Des Moines, TOP NOTCH. My mom has a private room as well.

Wesley is great! I've been in both locations (Does Moines and Leahill ) for rehab. I'm currently home and receive the best in home care - nursing (Karl and Lila), physical therapy (Patrick and Jared) and Occupational Therapy (Jenna) and Crystal my wound care specialist. They are all great and very encouraging. They are totalling encouraging me. Thank you!!!!
