Anew withheld Insurance premiums from my paycheck for 2 months, but never paid my premiums. It was my understanding I had healthcare coverage for two months when in fact, I did not. I received medical treatment only to find out later I was not covered because my employer did not pay the premiums that they deducted from my paycheck to the insurance company, Blue Cross Blue Shield now I have a mountain of debt because The money that was supposed to go to pay, my premium was never sent.. even though it was withheld from my paycheck… to this date, I have never been reimbursed for the money they stole for me. I am in fact, going to file a police report per a recommendation from the department of labor due to the fact that their own attorney is dragging their feet about replacing the money they stole department of labor recommended I file a police report against Mark Hastings of Anew healthcare & rehab which is located in Blue Springs Missouri.. want to thank Karla Baum also with Anew Healthcare for lying straight to my face when she told me that this would be taken care of over a year ago.

I’m here at this facility and I’m not getting my treatment done they abandoned me. I’m not getting showers and it’s been overlooking and over walk over but I’m a resident feel like I’m being held hostage. I’m trying to put in a transfer. I wanna advise nobody to come here for care probably just to live if you’re too old, but they’re not very good when it comes to people care.
