if you really need in home care do not pick this place. The supervisor in charge named Ashley likes to play games. Everything was set up and everything and oh she needed a phone call but oh she would try to call you. Your voicemail is on, but it’s OK for her to have a voicemail that picked up every second when you try to leave her a message and you couldn’t even leave one. She has an attitude problem that needs to be fixed And I hope my complaint goes through when she gets fired. I sat here a whole week waiting for Help and got nothing but she tried to make me look bad although she’s the one that shouldn’t have a job. I guess she wanted to talk to me on the phone yet every time I tried to call her I got voicemail every single time and then today she calls me just to rub it in my face that they’re not gonna help me that nice of them.??!! They’re definitely not caring people and I definitely hope that nobody else goes through this place Because you’ll probably be sitting there waiting too……
