At least you can smoke there when I left. Dr. Neumann was great, the other one can go walk in traffic blindfolded.

We care, has amazing staff. They are so helpful and so good to the patients. They do a ton of stuff and keep everyone busy. They have an awesome game room music always playing and that keeps slit of the patients happy. They are very good to my dad.

One star, because there's no option for zero. This place is undoubtedly the worst I've ever seen. Three days after my mother arrived, we had to take her out because the hygiene was horrendous. My mother couldn't use the bathroom, and they wanted her to soil herself. At night, a nurse came in and tried to steal from her, claiming it was on the doctor's orders. Never take a loved one to this place if you care about them.

This place is horrid. Staff are nasty and don’t want to work. They don’t have enough food to feed all the residents - give them “grilled chz “at dinner but it’s just a chz sandwich and then residents starve all night long. Kitchen staff can not read or speak English so if your loved one has food allergies tell probably die from receiving what they are all allergic to on their tray .And they can only provide snacks sometimes: Management does not care how CNAS treat residents as long as there is a body there to fill the quota. CNAS do not shower residents and get away with it. Activity has no means to take them on day trips and they are locked inside like it’s a jail. They don’t have clean linen to change the beds or towels to wash the residents. It’s dirty and rarely cleaned with antimicrobial cleaning agents. The cleaning staff is nice, but they don’t understand English either and have been accused of stealing from the residents. Everything about this place is horrible so if you don’t love your family member this is the jail to place them.
