My father was recently a client at Webster at Rye. He needed more support than we could provide at home and Webster at Rye provided a great solution for us. Shannon led us through the enrollment process in a matter of a few days. Fortunately they had a room for him. I really appreciated the quick and clear communications from Shannon throughout the process. It put us at ease during a very tense time. Once dad was admitted he was so well taken care of. All of the staff was so helpful, gracious and compassionate. They made my dad feel very comfortable but also took great care of the rest of us who were with him during his stay. They brought us refreshments and useful suggestions and information about my dad's condition. This allowed us to focus on my dad. We had great access, even in the nighttime hours. The night shift staff was very skilled and compassionate as was day shift. We knew he was well cared for the whole time. At times we had over a dozen people visiting they accommodated us easily. There were nice locations inside and outside where we could get a break and talk. All in all, we were very pleased with our experience at Webster at Rye. We are very lucky to have them in our community.

So VERY HAPPY and confident with his care!! Our Dad entered Webster's long-term care about 4 weeks ago. Within 1 week of his admission, we had a care-transitions meeting to discuss his transition and discuss any requests and/or changes. As a family, we had a couple of requests, which were integrated immediately. The care team had several suggestions to tailor his care to his needs which confirmed our decision, Webster at Rye was the best choice for Dad. We are grateful our Dad is in your care. Thank you Webster at Rye. Beth Stevens and family

My family has had almost two years of experience with Webster at Rye. Having to place your parents in a nursing home is never an easy situation. The decisions to be made and things to consider can feel overwhelming. Our mother first entered Webster in Spring 2024 under their rehabilitation program after having been in the hospital following a bad fall. Over the next two months she improved a great deal due to the efforts of the staff at Webster. She thought very highly of her physical and occupational therapists. While she was in rehab, the family was updated on her progress, and we got to know the facility, staff and even some residents. Upon leaving the rehab program, we did bring our mother home for three months. At the end of that time, it became clear that she needed full time care. We did consider a few nursing homes, but based on our prior experience with Webster, that became our first choice. I should mention that the grounds are beautiful, and the beach is not far down the road! We have noticed that they continually make improvements to the building, with renovations to rooms and common areas. There is a full schedule with a variety of daily activities available. Our mother has now been in Nursing Care for about a year and a half. One thing that comforts our family is that we can always reach out to the staff, whether it be the medical staff, the social worker, activities coordinator, or the billing office. There is even a monthly support group meeting for family members that we have found to be helpful. Of course, there are going to be issues that come up from time to time (especially with this transition being a life changing experience), but it’s nice to know that we can always reach out to someone to get them resolved. Two months ago, we had to make another difficult decision, of placing our father in a nursing home. Fortunately for us, we were able to place him in Webster, and now our parents are together, which is a great comfort.

Moving my Dad into memory care was an emotional and stressful experience, but the team at Webster went above and beyond to help my dad settle in and feel comfortable in his new home. From the first day we reached out to consider Webster, the staff showed genuine compassion, patience, and respect—not just for my dad, but for both my Mom and me. Knowing my dad is in such a supportive, attentive, and warm environment has given our family real peace of mind. I’m deeply grateful for the kindness and professionalism of the Webster community.
