I cannot recommend this company and their caregiver, Seth Pinto, highly enough. From the very beginning, they demonstrated exceptional compassion, professionalism, and dedication. They consistently treated my loved one with dignity, patience, and genuine kindness, creating a sense of comfort and trust that meant so much to our family.<br>Seth was attentive to every detail of care, always ensuring that needs were met promptly and thoughtfully. Beyond providing excellent physical assistance, he offered companionship, encouragement, and emotional support, which has greatly improved my loved one's quality of life.<br>His reliability, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond gave our family peace of mind during a challenging time. We always knew our loved one was in capable and caring hands.<br>Anyone fortunate enough to employ Seth and this caring company (We’re always there} will quickly see the remarkable difference they make. He is an outstanding caregiver and an extraordinary person, and I am deeply grateful for the care and support he and this company has provided.

I cannot say enough about the professional, excellent, compassionate, kind, loving care that our mom received while in the care of We're Always There for 10+ years.<br>My 2 brothers and I live up north, our mom in St. Petersburg, she not at all wanting to move north after the passing of our dad.<br>Thank God for We're Always There!<br>The angels-on-earth from We're Always There, Sue Ross the owner included, afforded us the security and knowledge that our mom could age-in-place in familiar surroundings, safely, with the very best of care, consistent care, while we up north were always updated on both good and not-so-good events, immediately.<br>Our frequent visits to see our mom were coupled with seeing and spending time with her caregivers, always a double joy.<br>I have never known of a caregiving agency in which the employees and owner treated their clients like family and included our entire family in that circle of love as well.<br>That love was reciprocated right back by our mom, who adored every one of her stellar caregivers.<br>Our mom passed away peacefully in August. She was 99.8 years old.<br>We are beyond grateful for We're Alway There. The care received by this company for my mother was beyond my expectations! They were always on time and there every shift. They provided compassionate caring staff that gave me and my family piece of mind. The continuity in staffing allowed my mom and family to build daily routine with the care giver which allowed me to work knowing she was getting the best care possible. Forever grateful for the staff and caregivers at We’re Always There! Thank you for everything you did for my mom and family!

Always There has been a godsend; for my mother as well as her three children. My siblings and I live far away from my mother who lives in St. Petersburg FL. Having Always There there has been a tremendous comfort to us.<br>Sue Ross as owner, and her entire staff of caring professionals, have taken care of our mother for over 10 years as she aged in place in her independent living apartment. That independence was very important to Mom.<br>Aging brings challenges and Alway There brings solutions!<br>Thank you Sue and your staff, for taking such good care of Mom for all these years. It has been a pleasure and a comfort to our entire family.

We’re Always There provided exceptional care for my grandma. I never once had to worry while they cared for her. The staff were punctual, caring and compassionate. Their consistency in staff allowed my grandma to get to know the staff and the staff to know her, focusing on her routine and making sure that her care was person centered. It was an overall remarkable experience during the time she was on their service. Truly amazing!
