I stayed the for s weekend and Day one they told me to keep my purse at all times because they were not responsible if someone stole some. The food was mostly burnt and inedible. I left after there was no running water in the shower and I was locked in the bathroom at another location. NO ONE came to get me out and I göt out onlly because I found a second door was unlocked.<br><br>I SAW an empliyee and he asked why I left and he immediately said, Did they lock you in the bathroom? I said yes and he said it's only like that on the weekends. He said that they plsced the locks on the inside of the bathrooms since I left. Damage control anyone? NEVER EVER put your loved ones in there.

The facility is always clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to make everyone feel at home.<br><br>What impressed me most was the attention to detail: personalized care plans, engaging activities, and the way staff take time to truly connect with each resident. It’s clear they’re passionate about what they do. Knowing our loved one is safe, happy, and well cared for brings us so much peace of mind. Just moved here last week. I love it so far. I feel like I died and went to heaven. The staff is very sweet and good to you. It is a beautiful place!
