We Care Recovery LLC

We Care Recovery is an assisted living facility in Laveen, Arizona that promotes independence and dignity in a warm, welcoming environment. The community offers compassionate care with a personalized approach, taking time to understand individual needs and preferences to create tailored care plans.

The facility provides shared or private suites with all-inclusive care, meals, and activities. We Care Recovery also operates a behavioral health residential facility (BHRF) that provides specialized residential care for individuals with behavioral health needs in a supportive, recovery-focused environment. A dedicated memory care wing is opening mid-2025 to provide specialized support for residents with Alzheimer's, dementia, and cognitive conditions.

The care team consists of highly qualified caregivers with extensive training in senior care and specialized medical conditions. Round-the-clock support ensures help is available when needed, and the facility maintains regular communication with families to keep them informed about care progress.

We Care Recovery offers additional support services including the WeCare Companion program, which provides free, compassionate support for grief, anxiety, caregiver stress, and assisted living questions available anytime and anywhere. The facility is expanding to bring in-home care services to allow residents to age in place with professional care assistance, launching later in 2025.
