Big facility for geriatric care. It's a big family. Visited the place a few times last year. They are Christ centered. What a peace of mind and comfort. It's a yes from me should if you need care for parents. Do say hi to Heidi.

I just received the notification that Waverly Gardens is removing landline service from all the residents. I know that my mom would have absolutely no way of knowing how to navigate figuring out another option for obtaining service. The phone service is part of the package/monthly rent for assisted living. I am very disappointed that this is happening without having a conversation first. Plus the phones will be removed by October 1. I hope other Waverly Gardens families can comment on this situation as well. Additionally, it was stated that most residents have mobile phones which is completely untrue. This demographic has landlines and they use the landline phones to connect to family and friends. Their personal phone number is also changing. None of this decision was communicated to the residents or family members prior to the change being implemented. Valuing people is supposed to be the moto. Why was this not discussed with the people who have these phones in their homes? Very upsetting and disappointing.

Outstanding organization! A great team to smoothly help with move and transition of my aunt to assisted living. All staff compassionate and skilled in roles. All needed services, Podiatry, PT, NP & MD available on site. I would highly recommend Waverly Gardens North Oaks location.
