From day one I was incredibly impressed. Everything was clean the lobby is beautiful, but most importantly the people that work here really care and want to take care of everyone. From the administrator to the RN’s to the CNA’s to all team members everyone has been truly wonderful. Nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend this place for anyone’s loved one.

5 stars for the staff. While the facility itself is somewhat average, the compassion, dedication, and quality of care provided by the staff are truly exceptional. My mother, who has dementia, was a resident for three months. At times, her condition made her challenging to care for, but the staff consistently treated her with patience, kindness, and respect. They always knew where she was, ensured she received the attention and support she needed, and worked hard to keep her comfortable and in good spirits. I would especially like to recognize Grisel Garcia, the social worker, who was outstanding during my mother's discharge process. She played a critical role in coordinating a smooth transition home and arranging the necessary support services for her ongoing care. Grisel went above and beyond to ensure my mother had everything she needed for a safe and successful return home. Our family is very grateful for the care, attention, and support the staff provided throughout my mother's stay.

I had a very positive experience with this facility. The staff are attentive, professional, and genuinely compassionate toward residents. The environment is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, which brings a great sense of comfort to both residents and their families. Communication is clear and consistent, and it’s evident that the team truly cares about the well-being and dignity of those in their care. I would confidently recommend this facility to anyone seeking quality nursing home services.

My husband unfortunately lost both of his feet and needed to be placed in a rehab facility while he heals. He was placed at Water’s Edge Rehabilitation Facility. It has been nothing but a pleasure for my spouse while he has been there. While there have been many challenges for him, the staff at Water’s Edge Rehab have been there to assist him. Colin, the concierge, often stops by and chats with him and us when I am there, as well as try to be helpful with any suggestions or recommendations that we may have. For example, my husband appreciates getting some fresh air outside, but during the winter it was difficult to push his wheel chair on the designated path. My spouse mentioned it to Colin, and he had it taken care of. When I came for a visit the very next day, the path was cleared and we were able to easily venture outside. Another helpful and wonderful employee that I feel should be mentioned is Meredith. She is a breath of fresh air in this facility. She is so kind to my spouse and so very helpful as well. One more name to mention is the nurse, Peter. He is an amazing nurse and so wonderful with every person he helps. I can honestly say that he is another true asset to this facility. It would not be the same without these employees. I could keep mentioning more about the employees, but sadly, i don’t know all of their names. Lol. The women at the front desk are always so friendly and know me by name. It is nice to be greeted by staff using your name. It makes it a more warm and friendly environment. This facility has continued to care for my spouse and meet all of his needs. And if they don’t, all it takes is my spouse to make a request and Colin or any other staff member always helps him. Lastly, I have to mention how there are so many activities for my spouse to attend. It keeps him occupied and gives him an outlet when he feels down and out. Lastly, I couldn’t have asked for a better location for my spouse.

My stay at Water’s Edge has been excellent so far. The nursing staff has truly made a difference—Peter, Dorothy, Brianna, Kelly, Carl, Stephanie, and Lauren are all top-notch. Lauren is truly the best of the best. The CNAs, especially Kim, Rosie, and Ashanti, have been incredibly kind and attentive. Dina from housekeeping does a wonderful job and helps keep everything comfortable and clean. The recreation department is outstanding. Desiree does a beautiful job on my nails, Tyler, the director, is amazing, and Maria brings such great energy—always keeping everyone laughing and entertained. Christine and Natalie have made every program enjoyable and engaging. Rehab services have also been very good and extremely helpful during my stay. Tom, the speech therapist, has helped me tremendously—I truly don’t think I could thank him enough. Overall, I’m very grateful for the care, kindness, and dedication shown by the entire team at Water’s Edge.
