Memos to management go un-answered. Errors in billing, Tuesday and Thursday night special meals are less that satisfactory( I turned in comment sheets with no responses). House cleaning less that adequate. Floors still dirty imediately following cleaning.

It's slowly improving over time. Some operating decisions are poorly communicated with the residents and are generally made with out input from those it's going to effect

Watermere Round Rock is an ideal community for seniors that seek an independent lifestyle within a supportive atmosphere. Activities, that keep me healthy and mentally active are available along with social events that encourage interaction, allow me to meet new friends. I love my spacious, bright apartment with large closets, roomy bathrooms, and a lovely kitchen!

Nice place,friendly,well organized. Only 2 things concern me. 1. Right next to very busy street 2. Didn't like the credit program.

Overall I like the Watermere. Breanna was very thorough in explaining the ins and outs of the facility. I am not ready to move into this type of facility. Maybe in a few years. The reason for the four stars: I came with two friends and we found the place to be clinical not warm and cozy.
