Unfortunately, the property has not been maintained very well. Specifically, plant & trees have died & not been replaced. The irrigation system is a joke. The drainage is not maintained & is scary in torrential downpours. Having lived here 4 yrs, it’s disappointing to see the lack of pride in ownership. However, we have some great neighbors.

My grandparents lived here for several years and it was a great experience. The cottages have nice interiors with granite countertops, attractive cabinets, and plenty of storage space. One of the main reasons my grandparents lived here is how well they are formatted for people with mobility problems. The golf course view and proximity to major medical centers sealed the deal. The staff here is absolutely stellar. They understand the complicated needs of the elderly and always made sure that paperwork and other issues were easily taken care of.
