Our mother has lived at Watercrest for 3 years and she lives her community and all the staff. They have so many activities planned daily on site and more planned out on fun trips. If you are in search for a safe, loving environment for family- Watercrest is your 1st stop! We celebrated my mother's 90th birthday recently in the large party room and it was a great day. Elizabeth the activity director is OUTSTANDING, she was so helpful in our planning and the day of the party she delivered ice and made sure we had enough items on site to host 80+ people. She even showed up with balloons! She is a wonderful member of the staff and to the residents.

I participated with my mother who is a resident, for Mother’s Day Brunch. We and the other residence seated with us were all shocked and dissatisfied with the food that was served. The salad had been sitting out for some time, the fruit cup was watery, the 1/2 waffle was undercooked and the two chicken wings were a joke, and they called this chicken and waffles. My mother paid extra for this for both of us.

There’s always something exciting happening! Residents have access to a wide variety of activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities — from art workshops to educational lectures, group outings, and social events. The activity coordinators are energetic, creative, and truly care about resident engagement. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels included and has opportunities to learn, socialize, and stay active. I love coming and engaging with their senior residents.

Wonderful facility with kind staff. A beautiful community of residents who are like a close knit family. I have the privilege of regularly providing music entertainment to the residents and thoroughly enjoy my time there each time I go.

When we arrived at Watercrest, we met with Jonah Frank to talk about an independent living facility for my mom. He gave us a great tour of the buildings and we got to see a few rooms. I found Jonah to be very personable, attentive, and concerned with the details of our particular situation. Plus, he was very knowledgeable about the facility, the lease contracts, and the services offered. Jonah was very customer service oriented and is the reason Watercrest is our top choice!
