I live here. New owner just took over. A lot of changes are happening right now, hopefully for the better. Activities are good, Physical therapy is excellent, food is horrible. The staff is a mixed lot. Some are great and others are just putting in their time, just like everywhere else.

My mom and dad needed a nursing home very bad and wanted to be in one and they took them in with easy communication and Katrina did a great job of informed of what I needed to do and we got them in in less than 2 days and staff was very nice friendly and have been doing a outstanding job, thanks to them there in there and loving there new home, I can rest and know there in good hands now,& talk to them everyday and there doing great , thanks so much

I recently checked my mother in law into Washington Rehab facility, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to answer our questions and offered reassurance, which made the transition much smoother for both my mother in law and I. The facility itself is very clean and well-maintained. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a hygienic environment, which is so important in a care facility. Most importantly, my mother in law seems truly happy here. She has made new friends and is participating in various activities that keep her engaged and active. Knowing that she is in a caring environment has given me peace of mind. Overall, I highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking to provide their loved ones with compassionate care in a clean and friendly setting. Thank you to the amazing staff for making this difficult decision a positive experience.

I have a family member who resides here. I was initially impressed most with the Admissions Coordinator/Director. She was highly professional and quick to respond to questions. I know my family member is in good hands with such a knowledgeable Admissions Department; it is the absolute best!

My mom was a short-term rehabilitation patient in January and I was quite impressed with the care she received. My brother and I were thinking that she would not be able to return to her home after her hospital stay due to her significant decline. However, after her stay at the facility, she did in fact return to her own home and is now thriving. Thank you to the entire staff!
