Wapakoneta Manor is far from a 5 star facility. My stepmom was in the for a month during that time she missed 3 doctors appointments they didn't schedule transportation like they were supposed too. There is no communication between the staff. The one appointment they did scheduled transportation for which she was to fast 12 hours for well the staff didn't make sure she fast for the test they fed her breakfast that morning. There is no communication between the nurses and nurses aid. I would never send a love one there. My stepmom was so sick very bad off and the staff never noticed or didn't care. My dad had to call the squad to come and get her. The nurses aid was not very friendly some of them never smiled they act like you were a bother.I strongly don't recommend Wapakoneta Manor believe me this facility is not a 5 ⭐
