I saw more problems after the new owner took over. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, it did.

Family experiences at the facility are notably mixed. Positive reviewers consistently praise staff warmth and professionalism, with one family noting "staff is very warm and welcoming." Families highlight spiritual programming, including chapel services and Bible study, and recreational activities such as bus trips as meaningful parts of residents' lives. However, several families report significant concerns about care quality, including inadequate assistance with feeding, inconsistent hygiene standards, and a perception that residents were treated without sufficient dignity. One family transferred their relatives elsewhere after nine months, citing rapid decline they attributed to insufficient eating support.

The facility appears to have undergone ownership changes that at least one family felt worsened conditions. I'm not impressed with this facility at all. My grandparents were under their care for 9 months until I recently transferred them elsewhere as my Grandpa declined rapidly. He needed assistance with feeding and I feel staff didn't try to get him to eat therefore he declined rapidly. Staff seemed to have negative attitudes and my Grandparents felt like a burden in what should have been their home. Take your loves ones elsewhere if you want them to be loved and taken care of!
