The new management won’t let my grandma play cards in the game room. They kicked her out because it didn’t fit their aesthetic. Now they have to play in the library instead of the room with the pool table and bathroom.

Noticed that they have new ownership, and all the staff has been replaced. This is good news, because the previous staff (when it was called Crescent Park) was a mixed bag. Beautiful building, nice facilities, especially the exercise room.

The staff at Volante is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, from the maintenance personnel and the dining room servers, to the admin staff and management. I would highly recommend this senior living center to anyone.

Volante Senior Living of Eugene formerly Crescent Park Senior Living is a great place to live. This is due in large part due to the staff led by Janie Kellett. Her up beat attitude communicates itself to the rest of the staff and the residents. She is wonderful, and many of us are here mainly because of her. She is very fair and supportive in her dealings with the residents, but can also be firm when it is needed. We all hope she never retires.

Janie Kellett is the best administrator EVER! She inspires the rest of the staff to do their best and generates an atmosphere where they enjoy each other in fun ways while working diligently to keep everything running smoothly.
