I give it 1 star only because there is no negative choice. If you care for your loved one DO NOT,I REPEAT DO NOT! PUT THEM IN THIS FACILITY. With the exception of Cherise and Denise everyone here is rude,unprofessional, and plain lacks concern for their patients. The lack of basic care is concerning, borderline neglect! My family member and 86 yr old hip surgery patient was left on an air cot for the 1st 23 hours of stay,concerned for her safety with no concern! She was taken to a doctor's appt they forgot about by the way,and then didn't feed her anything until 1:00 pm ..she is diabetic. She was left sitting on her own feces for over 2 hours! Medications were late more than on time,if they didn't run out of her prescribed medication more than once. And no water at the facility for 2 days, unacceptable. I don't even know how this place is still running! Do not give these people your money,you're paying for nothing!

I'm in this facility right now and was refused care for three hours Saturday night between 7:00pm and 10:00pm. The CNA did not answer any of my call lights. She walked in my room, turned off the light, and left. This is elder abuse. I'm 71 years old. It's impossible to get my pain medication in a reasonable time frame at night. Friday and Saturday I had to wait for three, yes 3, hours and the staff was annoyed because I kept asking for it. Here I am again one hour has past without my medication and I keep being told "She's coming." I don't understand how I can be treated this way while this place claims to be so grand, exceptional, and caring.

Vivo has been a top notch facility for us. They cared for my father-in-law for almost 3 months and now are taking care of my mother-in-law. The staff is wonderful from the administrator to the nurses ! There are activities every day and my M-I-L says the food is pretty good. The staff is Always attentive and very caring. There’s a lot to be said for a good nursing home but this place ranks up there for us.

My children's grandmother lives here. She can not move her left side. They have games they play and arts and crafts. Also a TV room to watch movies. We miss her so much but are very happy to get to visit at a close place. All workers there are very friendly and you can tell they care for there family there. Very clean also. Love the place!!

Ok so let’s start here. According to CMS thid is a facility with an overall 4 star rating. How? The place reeks of urine , the staff is clueless and administration especially the administrator is rude dismissive and uses profanity in meeting per staff . Clearly a gross lack of professionalism and last but not least the roaches in there are as big as can be, running up the walls like they own the place. I would certainly NEVER put a loved one there. The highlight of my visits as a family member and my final hope was that new DON Roxanne , but now she is gone in less than 30 days. Good for her because I would hate to be the face of this place ! Embarrassing!! We stayed a few days but it became unbearable! Don’t let the 4 stars fool you or the case managers at the hospitals force you to go there . If you care for anyone take them elsewhere ! O stars if that were even possible .
