Lake Bennett Rehab feels like a home away from home. It is a secured, clean and a welcoming place to visit. The residents are all clean and appeared relaxed. The resident I visited confirmed my observation and added that the staff were very professional and caring and the meals were appetizing. I am highly recommending this facility to anyone who is in need of a 5-Star rehab facility for yourself or a family member.

This day was a good one. The director of nursing was very pleasant and polite. The nurse that took care of the patient I was there to see was the best. Keep up with what you are doing and KUDOS to the staff.

Lake Bennet Center for Rehabilitation and Healing has done a remarkable job caring for my grandfather. From the moment he arrived, the staff has been warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. The director, Shivone, has been an absolute delight to communicate with. She is attentive, compassionate, and truly invested in the wellbeing of each resident and their families. Erica and Pam have also been wonderful. They consistently follow up, provide updates, and make sure my grandfather’s needs are met with care and professionalism. The nursing staff has been nothing but friendly, supportive, and patient throughout his stay. It brings our family real peace of mind knowing he is in such capable and caring hands. I highly recommend Lake Bennet Center for Rehabilitation and Healing to anyone looking for a facility that treats residents with dignity, kindness, and genuine compassion.

I was there in June. Went in Friday afternoon, wanted to leave by Saturday morning. Had to stay the weekend, because the office is closed until Monday. Roommate screamed in pain all night. Only response she got was “we gave you your meds, can’t have any more for 8 hours. You get a dietitian review, but everyone gets the same food regardless of your restrictions. Roommate was diabetic and they gave her apple juice every morning, after breakfast her blood sugar was 333, I was told if she couldn’t have it it wouldn’t be given to her. Told them I can’t have it, but it’s in my tray. Pics attached of turkey salad sandwich, parts of the broccoli you normally throw out, and less than appealing dinner. One nurse was very proud of herself for getting me Cheerios, only thing I ate all weekend. I was specific, cereal for breakfast, turkey or peanut butter sandwich for lunch and dinner. Never happened. I was out on Monday, advised roommates family about what was going on and believe she was removed that week.

This facility isn’t amazing! The staff is really great with the patients, very attentive and kind. They are in fact well staff and not under staff. This makes a great difference in the way the CNAs operate and treat everyone. They have a gym, library, open area, smoking area, dining room, cafeteria and vending machines. The whole place is kept clean, organized and well maintained.
