They let my mother develop Liver Failure because they refused to believe her when she said she was in Pain and Discomfort because they said "She is Schizophrenic, she says random things." She spent months in the ICU because of their Disregard for the Physical health of Patients.

This place violates all residents rights. I have watched them force feed residents and watch tv in the "living room" after denying them their right to go back to their room to rest. One woman chocked on her food and continues to be force fed.

Staff seem very concerned re. Residents, but why have there been so many falls with a specific resident. Slips/ falls are not unusual for this type of facility, but falls where injury results in ER visit. Need for more overseeing of residents that are still able to ambulatet even wheelchair bound. Difficult residents need a more hands on approach to safer daily movement. Please keep a closer watch on those in your care.
