My son was set up for home health services. Talked to them last week to set up a time and advised after 430. No one said that would be an issue. On Monday when they should have started care they called and said sorry we can’t do that late. When we said they can do earlier they said , no, that it wouldn’t work and basically we need to find someone else to do it. We had no issue changing the times to accommodate them, but they still refused service
