After working only two months, I had to quit. The scheduling team had issues communicating with which one scheduled which shift. I was never paid for my orientation. The HR manager had a habit of saying rude things to me, so I had enough. If you're going to be a HR manager, learn how to be professional and speak kindly to your employees

As a healthcare professional, I have had the pleasure of working with this homecare agency for over a year, and the relationship has been consistently positive. Their response time is excellent, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure caregivers are thoughtfully matched with clients and families. There was one instance where a caregiver provided was not meeting expectations and within the hour, a new caregiver had been put in place to assist the resident in need. Healthcare can be tricky, and things can always happen or shift in an instant. Haley with Visiting Angels went above and beyond to ensure this was handled in a timely and professional manner. I appreciate their entire team's dedication to quality care and resident/family safety above all else!

The Waco Visiting Angels team is extremely special. These ladies serve their community in so many ways. They attend multiple events throughout the community, educating citizens and Veterans on Medical Care, Health care, Respite and Senior Adult care. It's amazing to see this small team make a huge impact. I'm proud to know we're in good hands with this beautiful team of Angels.
