We have used Visiting Angels for a year now for my mother. We have been blessed with a wonderful caregiver and during this journey the team worked well together, took good care of my mother and her cats as well! Administration is very prompt with communications and will look to help with any assistance that is needed. It is a joint partnership based on good communication and it has worked well for us!

Amazing service! You can tell all the care providers are passionate about what they do, they handled caring for my great uncle with attentiveness, patience, and care. As he’s gotten more ill we needed extra help in order to help get his daily tasks done, and we were skeptical to put him in the care of others, but the experience was great. 10/10 recommend!

They are a very reliable and caring agency. They will find a substitute when a health aide can’t come but because of the shortage of staff, it has been difficult. If the pandemic problem lessens, I am sure that there will be more substitutes available. Other agencies have had the same problem. Otherwise, I would rate them very highly and would recommend them to others.

My sister was visiting CT and has a new illness that limits her ability to shower and dress. We hired Visiting Angels to assist her a couple of times. Elizabeth was outstanding and was so kind! She is personable, friendly, professional and excellent at her job! We will definitely use Elizabeth again next time my sister has to be in CT!
