I placed a telephone call inquiring about companion help and was very disappointed with the response from the Wilmington DE office. I was hoping to use the agency as I had several years ago but the Director of Sales was extremely rude. Very poor impression of the agency. I will seek service elsewhere based on the very poor quality of the customer service I experienced with the Director of Sales.

I would like to commend my care manger miss Diana burgos for professionalism, and support. She maintain clear communication, set realistic expectations, and she always makes herself available for guidance. What I appreciate most about is she listen actively, provide constructive. Working under her as my care manager have been really great and amazing. am so grateful to have such a kind, compassionate, and attentive care manager. Thank you for being not just a care manager , but a genuinely wonderful person. .

Visiting Angels is a great company to be associated with. The case manager Amanda Ortiz is a very nice representative. She goes out her way to help clients in need of food with taken time from her office and bringing supplies to families in need.

Visiting angels is amazing. This agency actually cares! It’s a breath of fresh air knowing that there are people who do this job without cutting corners and take pride in assisting clients! All of the employees are knowledgeable, kind, excellent at communicating, and on the same page! I could call Amanda, Sophia, Diana or anyone else and receive the same excelllence. When I needed help looking after my husband while I took an eight day trip, our case manager suggested Visiting Angels. After meeting with the sales director and talking with the Visiting Angels care manager, I felt comfortable leaving for my trip and confident that my husband would be well taken care of. The suggestions and guidlines I received were immensely useful in helping me prepare my home for the time that I planned to be away. As it turned out, all went smoothly, and my husband was pleased with the services and care he received. I highly recommend Visiting Angels for any type of home care!
