We feel so lucky to have found Visiting Angels. Derik and everyone on the team have been so kind and helpful. The staff who answers the phone are responsive and lovely. And we can't say enough good things about the caregivers—they truly care about supporting our family and giving my dad good care. They are compassionate, professional, helpful, and kind. We're very grateful.

Working with Visiting Angels is indeed a heartwarming experience. They really care about the clients and the Caregivers. They try to match personalities and needs. While visiting my loved one, I was present on the morning that the caregiver, Francesca Thomas, arrived. As a former caregiver myself, I watched as Francesca started her shift. She immediately started her day by softly letting my family member know she had arrived. She was so respectful. Since that day, Francesca has encouraged my loved ones, & has been providing service above & beyond for them. I can not think of a more befitting name for her as she is definitely a "visiting angel". Thank you, Francesca! I am amending my previous glowing review. After spending more time with this agency, it was discovered that Francesca, on MULTIPLE occasions, would "clock in" with my loved one, & would then leave the home, to conduct other business. My loved one told her it was fine to go, but she was still on the clock. This is FRAUD, & I have witnesses to give statements that this is a true statement. My loved one will cover for her because Francesca allows my family to consume alcohol. It's awful, & her bosses need to be aware.
