If not for Intrepid HH, my dad would still be alive. My dad was pretty healthy except he had prostate issues and had a catheter. One of the nurses came out to change his catheter. She did not wait to get a urine return and as a result did not insert it far enough. The catheter was not draining and so my dad became septic and was hospitalized. A week later he was gone.I DO NOT recommend the home health part of Intrepid.

Will soon be using Intrepid on Callfield for our third family member over the last several years. They are simply superior in every phase of their services. Most people do not understand how much effort it takes to satisfy insurance companies for coverage. Their management in this areas is bulldog persistent and very successful at resolving it. The home care staff is like having a close relative or friend assiting your loved ones. Highly recommend after years of association with them.

After surgery, my Dad required home health care and physical therapy. We had several people tell us that Intrepid was the best choice we could make and they were so right! My dad is a very "strong willed" patient and they worked with him like champs. So thankful for the help they gave him and the quick recovery that resulted. Thanks Intrepid!

The nurses from Intrepid have always been punctual, kind and attentive to my parents needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for respectful care for an elderly parent.

Intrepid Home Health took care of my mom during a very difficult time for our family. My mother had a very severe infection from a cancer surgery removal. She ended up having a wound vac and the staff at Intrepid Home health Care took wonderful care of our Mom. They were knowledgeable, showed great compassion, and always available to help!
