I know the owners personally, and they have done a fantastic job serving the community. If you are looking for an honest, hardworking agency that genuinely cares about the people they serve, this is the place. They also proudly support our veterans and accept VA benefits, which is something I greatly appreciate and respect.

Initially I was leery of contacting Visiting Angels because there were no reviews on Google, but I needed some help quickly and needed someone that could help on weekends. I'm glad I called. The company bent over backwards to get me the help I needed, when I needed it. Thus far we have just started using their services, and so far they have been wonderful to work with - both the company and the care giver. The Pocatello satellite office is run out of the Idaho Falls main office, so look for reviews for both Pocatello and Idaho Falls. Update: We ended up using Visiting Angels for about two months until I could get my folks into an assisted living facility where they could get the full-time care they needed. Up to the very end the caregiver we were assigned went above and beyond to help us out. While this service is expensive - especially for longer term - it was also invaluable. Having a second person there for several hours a day allowed me to spend time on my normal job. Another benefit was that she took better care of them than I could. It would have been stressful for both my parents and I to perform certain normal functions such as bathing. Having a professional there made it easier on all of us. In the end I am very thankful that I found and used their services.
