Visiting angels is an incredible service. Their caretakers are kind, thoughtful, conscientious, and hard-working. When my father had his hips replaced six months apart my brother and I weren’t able to always be there 24 seven and reached out to higher visiting angels to help him, especially during the first three days of recovery when he needs help, bathing, etc. they did a wonderful job were thoughtful on time and very reliable. I don’t know what we would’ve done without them other services in the area that do the same thing rarely have availability and don’t call back when When you reach out- Recently, my grandmother who is 91 and living in a retirement community of sorts couldn’t afford to go onto assisted living. It’s overpriced and they don’t offer any actual Affordable in room care visiting angels is a great service to help fill that gap for a fraction of the price of assisted living, which is a complete rip off- My grandmother is a very Picky difficult 91-year-old and visiting angels found the perfect person to fit her needs. My grandmother is now no longer feeling lonely and Getting the help, she needs it a fraction of the price. Both Brittany and Brenda, the women who helped assist in finding the visiting angels to help both of my elders were wonderful, communicative, thoughtful, and good listeners. I would highly recommend the service to anyone looking for someone to help them with in-home care.

I needed to take my 96 yr. old mother to an appointment, this would be a 3-4hr round trip. We did not want to leave my 97 yr. old dad home alone so we contacted visiting angels. Dad's angel was fantastic, she sat at his bedside the entire time and they shared stories about sailing. This made him very happy and made his day. Excellent care and caregiver.

I had a great experience with Visiting Angels in May 2025. They helped my mom recover from hip surgery and the caregiver that they sent was lovely. The case worker Dalia was attentive to our needs and was very patient and knowledgeable with all of our questions and requests. I was asked to send this review a long time ago and just got to it. I would recommend this home health company!

I have so enjoyed getting to know Kit, Raechelle and the wonderful team at Visiting Angels! Their client satisfaction is exceptionally high. I talked to one of their many clients this week and he raved about what a wonderful company they are and the excellent care they provided to his wife. I had a fantastic time at the Visiting Angels Mount Vernon open house! What an amazing team! The decorations were awesome! Keep up the great work Visiting Angels! I used Visiting Angels at-home care services for my parents for several months. The caregivers were very friendly, helpful, and tremendously patient with two difficult elderly people who were resistant to having help around the house. The caregivers' training and gentle persistence allowed them to gain my parents' trust. The caregivers became a vital part of the household, which allowed my parents to live in their own home. The care managers were helpful and responsive to any problems that came up. They worked hard to make sure there was appropriate coverage when a caregiver had to miss a shift. Someone ALWAYS answered the phone when I needed to make a scheduling change or special request, even on weekends and evenings. And they got back to me in a timely manner when I communicated via email. NOTE: I think each Visiting Angels agency is independently owned and operated. My experience is only with the Mount Vernon, Washington agency.
