Jennifer Hinds with Visiting Angels is absolutely the best when it comes to in-home care. She genuinely cares about the people she helps and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel comfortable and supported. You can tell she truly loves what she does! It shows in the way she treats every client like family. If you’re looking for someone you can trust to take care of your loved ones, Jennifer is the one you want by your side.

My husband's family used Visiting Angels (Jaspar area) with their mom, and they did an amazing job with her. So, when I needed someone to stay with my dad, I called them first. The Cullman Office of Visiting Angels and their "sitters" have been wonderful!! I can call or text with any needs my dad might have (which can change often!) and know these will be done. He loves the ladies that stay with him, and I don't have to worry about the care he receives. These wonderful ladies keep me posted on how my dad is doing and alert me to any changes or concerns they might see. Their compassion and concern for him is so comforting. It takes loving, special people, who see this kind of care as their calling from God, to provide the care my elderly dad needs and do it so amazingly well.

If there was a 0 star I would be leaving that one. I have used them in the past and the workers that come to your home are awesome. But I called them to get coverage for my mom again and had to leave a message and they said someone would call me back. Never called...so I placed another call to them the next day. I even reached out to one of the workers and asked if they were still in business and she said yes. I informed her that no one called me back...she said she would reach out to them. NEVER heard back from them. Even told them if your unable to cover just let me know so I can make other arrangements. I don't recommend them at all.

For right now I'm giving this agency 5 stars because of how nice the lady today I spoke with but, We'll see after awhile. Time will tell. My deaf and C. P. wife and I are moving from this HELL HOLE (Birmingham, Jefferson County) to HEAVEN (Cullman) in days to come soon. We'll need caregivers there so hopefully this agency can find us some good help. If not I'll edit this review to let everybody know.
