Kelly and the entire team and of in home care workers are absolutely wonderful. Kelly worked tirelessly to get as the services we needed to help our loved one the moment we made the call and within 5 hours we had the needed care in place. As we needed to change the level of services, Kelly and all the staff were more then flexible working with us to make sure our needs were met. Everyone working at Visting Angels and all the caregivers are truly passionate and caring are real life Angels! Thank you!

While looking for companion care for my Mom who was newly diagnosed with Dementia, we interviewed another home health care agency that repeatedly failed to keep scheduled appointments and was difficult to reach during the initial process. I was beginning to lose confidence in finding quality care for my mom. Thankfully, we were referred to Visiting Angels and our experience with this agency was completely different. From the very first conversation, our contact, Kelly, was responsive, professional, and communicative. She returned calls promptly, answered questions thoroughly, and followed through on everything they promised. The scheduling process was seamless, and I always felt informed and included in decisions regarding my mom’s care. Knowing that my mom is in capable, compassionate hands has brought tremendous peace of mind to our family. Reliable communication and consistent follow-through can make all the difference, and this agency excels at both. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, caring home health services for a loved one.

Teresa has been visiting my mom for over a year. She is always on time and happy to see my mom. She shares her life and talks to my mom about her life and what is important to her. Teresa reads to my mom, walks with her and tries to engage her in some of the activities in the facility. She has been a wonderful friend for my mother!

When my 87 year old father came home after 3 months of hospital and rehab stays, I knew he would need some extra help. Since I can't be with him as much as I would like, I turned to Visiting Angels. Kelly had helped me a few years ago when my mother was recovering from a hospital stay, so she was my first call. Just as before, Kelly was kind and compassionate. She helped find caregivers for my dad who fit not only his schedule but also his easy going personality. Lisa, Mary and Maria have all been warm, patient, thoughtful and caring. It has given me a lot of peace of mind knowing they are there for him. Dad looks forward to his 'girls' visits, and i love hearing him tell me what they did or talked about together each day. Visiting Angels is a wonderful service that I would (and have) recommend to anyone. I have used the Visiting Angels to accompany my family member with dementia to doctors’ appointments and other appointments. I have been extremely pleased with their services. I am especially grateful to Nancy Woolfrey who manages the arrangements and communication with the facility where he lives with the care and the utmost professionalism. Having access to the Visiting Angels has made being a remote family member easier for me.
