Not only was Visiting Angels very clear and direct in their communications, but they were reliable and dependable. They also found the perfect caregiver for my mother, and their online platform was easy to access and navigate. I'd highly recommend them to family, friends, and strangers.

This is a testimonial for the care my friend has received from Leslie, from Visiting Angels. My friend suffers from alzheimers. She no longer reads nor has she ever watched TV. So when Leslie arrived on her first day I said what was needed was attention, love, interest, and engagement. She immediately and ever since attached herself beside my friend and shadows her every move. Sits beside her even when Lori falls asleep. No phone, no 📚 book, just focused on my friend. My friend only lets Leslie bathe her and other personal care from styling her hair to other. My friend is always more relaxed and happy from the time she has with Leslie. This level of care is unique and very much appreciated! Thank you Leslie for your care.

My review here is a bit unusual in the sense that I have not used Visiting Angels home care service from a personal standpoint. My review is based up a few lengthy discussions with this site's Director, Matt. Matt spent a lot of time on two occasions talking to me about the inner workings of Visiting Angels, what they provide and how it's implemented. I was searching for a place for my Dad who was diagnosed a few years back with cognitive decline. One of VA's specialties is in- home memory care. VA utilizes a particular method and strategy that its staff is trained in and implements with regards to in-home and a family member with cognitive decline. My Dad was recently accepted into an assisted living care facility, so my family did not require the services of VA. If your family is in need of services like VA provides, I highly recommend calling Matt because he will take the time to answer all your questions. I was very impressed with him.

These guys are incredible! I called not knowing what to do or even what to ask. Their office was accommodating and their caregivers really were angels. Things were really overwhelming before I called them. They got the right caregivers in place and were always available when we called with updates schedule changes etc. really an amazing company. Thank you Visiting Angels!!
