I used Visiting Angels for help with my Mom. All of the workers who came and sat with her were wonderful and she really enjoyed their company. Lorraine and Rebecca are the sweetest and so willing to help when you call. Highly recommend!

Finding a reliable, caring caregiver for my mom had been a struggle until I found Visiting Angels. It means so much to me to know that my mom is in good hands when I can’t be with her. A caring, compassionate, and trusted company that has excellent communication, and true care for their clients and families. Any time I need to call for any little thing, they are available immediately. Lorraine, and Rebecca are two of the most helpful and caring women I have dealt with directly throughout my husband's time with them. Getting him all signed up and ready to go was a quick and easy process. I had called many other agenies in the area before choosing them. The immediate genuine care and quality in the way they do things is what stood out the most for me, and made my decision easy. I highly recommend Visiting Angels.

Visiting Angels has been an incredible blessing to our family. They first provided part-time care for a family member and increased the hours as needed. Their communication has always been excellent—whether scheduling regular visits or adding extra shifts when unexpected needs came up. Caring for someone with dementia can be challenging, but the caregivers consistently showed patience, understanding, and genuine compassion. Many of the caregivers truly felt like part of our family. There are too many to list, but want to give a shoutout to Margie, Rosita, and Tracy. When we expressed interest in transitioning to a live-in care arrangement, Visiting Angels found the most amazing caregiver. Brenda has been absolutely exceptional—we truly could not have asked for more genuine care and companionship. Since she became the live-in caregiver, he has gained weight, regained physical strength, and is sleeping better. The positive change in his overall well-being has been remarkable. And pictures of their field trips are so heartwarming. She is a wonderful human being. The entire team has brought us peace of mind. I highly recommend Visiting Angels to any family looking for dependable, compassionate, and truly exceptional care.

Visiting Angels caregivers were kind, caring, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable about caring for my Mom with Alzheimer’s. I learned a lot from them! The caregiver came 2 days a week from October 2025 to January 2026 when my Mom died. If my regular caregiver was unavailable, Lorraine contacted me to let me know about a replacement. The substitute caregivers were great. Just as kind, caring, and compassionate with my Mom as my regular caregiver. Visiting Angels is very well run. They maintained great communication with me. If I had any questions or new information to pass on Visiting Angels was easy to contact. They worked with me. Caring for an Alzheimer’s patient is not easy and they exceeded all my expectations!
