We have had a great experience using Visiting Angels. Dave is wonderful to work with and my Mom's caregiver, M. really loves and encourages her. Thank you for making this time easier as we try to help our Mom remain in her home.

It's early days (just 2 weeks) but so far the care my dad has been receiving has been very good. There was an issue with the care takers not being familiar with their own transport policy, but I called Marcy and the issue was immediately addressed and resolved. My dad speaks highly of the care givers and so does my Mom. Recommended.

We just used Visiting Angels service for my 93 year old Mother in Law who had surgery. Marcy was super helpful, answered all of our questions and continually called to check in. The providers were attentive and happy to assist with anything she needed while recovering. We will definitely use their service again if needed.

I called to inquire about services and the manager Dave stated they only provide services for senior citizens. So anyone young or middle-aged person who is disabled or terminally ill this is not the place. Dave made it clear they don't want our money or business. No compassion.

BEWARE! We employed a "Visiting Angel" for my 85 year old mother and the helper forged $6000 worth of stolen checks and stole more by taking a picture of a debit card. The franchise owner has been of no help and has dragged this on for over 5 months. We have a police report but he says that's not good enough. We hope this gets resolved properly but it's looking less likely because we keep getting stonewalled. BEWARE!
