Visiting Angels in our lives at one of the most difficult times provided an immeasurable service to the family. When we found ourselves in a situation where care for a loved one was needed around the clock, we were met with reasonable rates and a staff of caregivers that not only took initiative to make sure our loved one had everything she needed, but also developed a quick bond with her. When trust is paramount to care (as it always is), the building of that trust is unfortunately burdened by the caregiver in many of these situations (when the patient can’t start that process for whatever reason). With Visiting Angels, the trust that was forged quickly was the cornerstone of our loved one succumbing to letting others care for her (she’s stubborn) and allowing the caregivers to be a confidant and trusted friend along the way. I would highly recommend Jane and her team of caregivers for your loved one in need. Not only did it help our loved one, it helped take some of the caregiving burden off of the family and leave time for advocacy in other arenas. We wouldn’t have had that time without Visiting Angels.

From beginning to end, we have had a very positive experience with Visiting Angels. We particularly adored our main caregiver. She was excellent with my father. We credit her with restoring his ability to walk after a hospital and nursing home stay. The owner, Jane, was very responsive to my calls and texts. She did everything she could to make sure we were satisfied with the care they provided. Every issue we needed to discuss was handled quickly and to our satisfaction. We appreciate the opportunity to care for my father at home as long as we were able, until his health required a change. This would not have been possible without their help. I highly recommend Visiting Angels if you have the need for this type of care!

My mother is a very independent 92-year-old until she fell and fractured her back in August. After an extended stay in a rehab center; I reached out to Visiting Angels of Tupelo -after getting rave reviews from friends of my mother. When I reached out to them, Jane Owens immediately responded to my inquiry and accessed my mother the next day. Jane was very proactive and quickly set up a plan in addition to helping me through a series of roadblocks. Jane and her Angels have been tending to my mother since October. My mother and the family are extremely satisfied with the quality of daily care my mother is receiving. In addition, the office staff has been extremely helpful in working directly with the Long-Term Care Insurance company. It took us a while to get the claim approved, but Visiting Angels was there to provide ongoing support. My mother and family are so very happy we found Visiting Angels of Tupelo. I strongly recommend this company.

Visiting Angels was definitely a God send. We were so overwhelmed with my mom on hospice and my dad coming home from rehab after an accident. Visiting Angels leader Jane came out and interviewed both of my parents and me and my siblings. She found out all about my parents and their needs. She then sent out the most caring people to help us care for our parents. We were so pleased with the care we received and couldn’t recommend them more. They took so much off of us during this hard time of both parents being ill. We will be forever grateful for the care we received from these angels on earth. Teresa Gregory

Visiting Angels was a true blessing for our family. They cared for my Dad with compassion and professionalism, both before and after he entered hospice. Every aide treated him with patience and kindness as they helped him stay as independent as possible. My siblings and I do not live nearby, so it gave us so much peace knowing he and Mom were being supported so well. They’ve become family to us and we are so grateful for their assistance during such a difficult time. I would highly recommend them to any family in need of high quality in-home care.
