Some of the CNA's and aides are very unprofessional. Patients who are in need of assistance are sometimes waiting for over an hour.for an aide or CNA to assist them. Some of staff have scolded or screamed at my loved one for some of the simple assistance requested. There is no need for a patient to sit in a filthy brief for an hour. That is straight negligence on the staff. I would not recommend this facility.to my worst enemy

This place is a wonderful place, I admitted my dad for skilled nursing. He couldn’t walk, lost his upper strength and had bed sores. My dad came out able to get himself dressed, take a bath, walk without cane, and he regain most of his strength back. All of his bed sores healed. They do a lot with the patients. At first, I was scared because of all the bad things about nursing homes but this one facility I would recommend.

My mother E. Moore has been there 3 days so far. I would like to give a shout out to Ms D. Brown the Social Worker that is working with my mother. I can tell she enjoys her job and she has great listening skills and she cares about the patient's. I was talking to my mom on the phone today and the CNA or nurse had a pleasant attitude talking to my mother. I would like to thank the person that answers the phones, her attitude is also so pleasant.

My mom is currently doing rehab at this facility. She and I are both happy with the care she is receiving. The staff and administrators have been very helpful and caring. They provide games and arts and crafts. They had music, balloons and decor all over for Valentine’s Day. They celebrated all the February birthdays the other day. The residents and staff are friendly and upbeat every time I visit, and I’m there almost every day. Highly recommend.
