Our experience with Visiting Angels is new, but it has been nothing short of helpful, professional and so caring. All of the ladies in the office are equally willing to help, answer questions and are truly committed to finding the right situation for the clients. I'm so thankful we have them and the caregivers as a part of helping my mom.

Our home care aide, Sam, was terrific. He was very patient with my mom, and she looks forward to his visits. Having Visiting Angels in twice a week provided mom with additional support and structure. The office coordinators were also great to work with and very responsive.

As a single aging woman, with limited nearby “family and friends”, Visiting Angels has literally been a God send from heaven. Natalie, my Case Manager, and Audrey, my Care Person, helped to relieve my stress of finding the support I will need over the next two months. Audrey accompanied me to my first out-patient procedure, and will be available for my in-patient surgery at the end of the month. Within a few minutes, Audrey and I found many things in common, to talk about, making my stressful morning fun. She was waiting in the recovery room when I woke up and made certain I was okay when she got me home. Reality — she was better than my actual sister who when she was last my “accompanying adult” was late, distracted, and increased my stress. Visiting Angels is reliable and caring and I have confidence they will continue to make my healthcare journey easier.

Visiting angels was my choice for my mom after her broken hip surgery and time in rehab. I chose Visiting Angels in Wexford for their high google ratings initially, but the service has been wonderful so far! Jeanne, the care coordinator is so easy to work with and the schedule of the visiting angels is flexible. We have also been happy with the couple “angels” that have helped my mom these last weeks. With my living in Ohio, it is less of a worry for me knowing they are reliable to come help my mom a couple days a week & I know she is well cared for! Highly recommend!
