I stopped here while traveling because I forgot hubby's portable oxygen charging cord (I know- the panic attack that followed is still pulling at my chest)! I was in the parking lot at the home health store asking to buy a cord if they had one (they didn't) and saw this business that I had seen commercials on. This is the very first actual "bricks and mortar" location I had ever seen for them. I decided to give it a try- the worst they could tell me was I wasn't a client and they couldn't help me. The young lady at the desk jumped right in to looking online and trying to help me problem solve with any ideas that I hadn't thought of yet! She looked at his machine and the cord- looked up the model and just overall poured her heart into helping me during those 10 minutes. Her idea for a multi adaptor charger WORKED!! I got a multiple adaptor laptop charger from Wal-Mart, and he is sleeping peacefully right now, with his oxygen on, because of her overwhelming kindness and ability to think of a soultion!! I will never forget her or her sweet hug (and many prayers to your momma sweet girl).
