Great time with staff and enjoyed time with my cousin. What treat with respect and kindness. Other clients around was well taking care of. Something very special to see at a place like this.

Most of the staff are professional and greet with a smile. But it was one particular Aide that had such an annoying look upon her face that made me feel very uncomfortable. She remained quiet with a frown on her face as though she wanted me to leave. The other Aide accompanying her smiled, talked and was very friendly. The charge nurse was very welcoming and had an positive attitude including a smile. My thought is that the whole staff should have a positive attitude with the patients and with the guess who arrives to visit the patients

This place was pretty good but if you're on Medicaid, whatever you stay away from this place!! I just left there on 8/3, and just left, and they kept my whole social security check, for August, even though I was only there for 3 days in August!! So, now, I have no money to eat or live because of this!!! This is wrong!! The good thing there though, are the nurses, CNAS and physical therapists! But trying to deal with the business manager is a nightmare!!!

My dad was not here long before he passed. The time he was here the staff was awesome. They care about there patients it shows in how they handled them. The care that my dad recieve before he passed was outstanding. He had been in rehabs before. This one was the best, if he was here right now he would tell you the same thing. Again thank you.

I’m currently in this facility for rehab, and lord knows I made a mistake when I chose this facility over the summit. For starters the night staff talks to people any kind of way. If you have any loved ones I strongly suggest someone come get them. They’ll be better taken care of in a shelter. Every other day my grandma was either falling or getting hurt, and they always made excuses or try to cover up the bruises she always had. My granny was also over 300 pounds when she came here and now she probably weighs 90 pounds at this point. The food is trash here. It taste like garbage, and will make you sick to eat it. I truly despise this place, and was ready to check out several times. They then cut the smoke break for the residents that do smoke despite saying they hired someone for the position and despite the sign they have posted on the door. The night CNA’s does nothing at all, Nor does the night nurses do their rounds like they suppose to. I complain especially about getting my meds on time and nothing is being done despite them keep saying they’ll talk to them, because I suppose to get my meds at 8am and 8pm and nurses have an hour before and an hour after to give my meds and the other day I didn’t get my night meds until 11:05pm. This place needs to rethink their night shift crew and hire people that actually cares. Every other day I have to curse at least one of the nurses out. Please get your family away from this place. The first chance I get to leave I’m gone. I’m gone make it my business to try to get my insurance to switch me to a different facility as soon as Monday gets here.
