Joan and I visited with Liliane to learn more about her Agency and whom she serves and the quality of services that her agency provides. Liliane spoke verry intelligently, is using her knowledge and experience as a Registered Nurse to take great for her clients. We learned so much from our call with Liliane. Should we came across someone needing homecare services in Lithonia, GA we will be sure to refer them to Liliane's agency.

Visiting Angels was nothing short of a lifesaver for my husband and I in caring for his mother! For the past 5+ years following a hospitalization and rehab stay, Visiting Angels assisted my mother-in-law with her basic activities of daily living plus cooked meals, provided companionship and peace of mind for us! We live in Massachusetts and while my husband did visit her monthly in Georgia and talked to his mother almost daily, having someone watching out for her locally was a great relief and comfort to us both. Visiting Angels provided between 12 - 24 hour coverage depending on her needs over a 5+ year period. Lillian, the manager and RN, would drop in regularly to insure all medical needs were being met as well as daily routine care. There was never a time where my mother-in-law's shifts weren't covered and that consistency of caregivers, especially during the Pandemic, was such an amazing source of comfort. My husband and I both worked in Senior Living for a large part of our careers and we were both concerned over how her care plan would be carried out with us at such a distance. My mother-in-law did not want to move closer to us and without Visiting Angels, her staying in her home for the remainder of her life would not have been possible. We owe Lillian and her team a debt of gratitude. We are forever thankful and recommend them without reservation!

I used Visiting Angels for my aunt and they are the best! The process of organizing her care was so seamless and easy. I really felt at ease, being able to go about my daily schedule, and not worry about my aunt care while I’m away from them! My caregivers are always on time and reliable, easy to get in contact and give me great updates to really put me at ease! Great job Visiting Angels!
