We had an incredible experience with Visiting Angels, and I can’t recommend them enough. From the very first interaction with the team who came out to evaluate my mom, to Robin in scheduling—everyone was professional, compassionate, and truly invested in making sure we had the right support. And then Jennifer arrived—our caregiver—and she was everything and more than we could have hoped for. She was patient, kind, and so attentive to my mom during a time when it mattered most. Not only did she take amazing care of her, but she also lent a hand around the house in ways that made such a difference for me. What stood out most was the joy she brought with her. The laughter she shared with my mom filled the house, and her smile truly lit up the room. She wasn’t just a caregiver—she felt like family. Jennifer was truly an angel who visited us three days a week, and we are so incredibly grateful. Thank you to the entire Visiting Angels team for the care, support, and peace of mind you gave our family.

Visiting Angels, I can't say enough great things about this organization, their mission and their people are both excellent!!! I have been working with Robyn to find a good personality and energy match for my Mother to take her to appointments, take her to run errands, the grocery store and to exercise at the community center. Robyn has been very diligent in finding the perfect match, a HOME RUN TWICE!!! The two Angels she selected, Peggy and Barbara were exactly what Mom needed with a perfect personality match to have conversations with, gently motivate her, help her and every get her to laugh. Mom couldn't wait to tell me how much she enjoyed each of their company and how much she enjoyed who they are. It makes my heart sing to know Mom is enjoying the Angel's company and that our family has the extra resource to help us take care of our wonderful Mom. They are all truly Angels and we are so thankful to have their help.

Our visiting angels nurse was very kind, considerate, and wonderful to be around. She always went above and beyond the normal caretaker duties, and was very kind with other family members and our young great grandchildren.

When my dear mom was placed in hospice, I knew I would need more help. She had lived with my husband and I over three years. She had Alzheimer’s, and was going downhill quickly. I contacted Mr. Clayborn and he came out to do an assessment for mom. I felt confident hiring his agency to provide loving and compassionate care for my mom. Karyn was mom‘s caregiver. She came every day to help me take care of mom. She spoke to her in a sweet voice like she was her own mother. She helped me with the tough jobs and then would give me a break when I needed a few minutes to myself. Karyn was there with me with mom until the very last minute. I’m so grateful for the companionship and the comfort she provided in the last month of mom‘s life. The only downside is the payment method. They require you to put payment on a credit card and are supposed to wait for you to approve the Invoice before they put it on the credit card. That didn’t always happen with me. You just have to be on top of it.

These people are wonderful to work with. The Angels that came to help my mother-in-law were so caring and went over and above what they needed to do. Carol and Montana were wonderful and Karyn, our most recent Angel is just fantastic. They quickly become like family.
