I called Visiting Angels during a stressful search in trying to find home care assistance for my sister. I was directed to Eric who I believe was one of the Intake representatives. He was such a compassionate, caring and helpful person to deal with. Even though I could not use Visiting Angels for financial reasons, Eric texted me and called multiple times to check in and make sure I was getting care for my sister. It meant so very much to me and I can’t see why Visiting Angels have a 4.9 out of 5 rating.

We hired visiting angels to care for my dad and we couldn’t be happier! All the aides have been wonderful, especially Fabio, who is one of my dad’s favorites. He is very attentive and comforting. He does a great job with every aspect of care. Would recommend Visitng angels to anyone looking.

We have been using Visiting Angels for 6 months to provide aids for my mother. The office staff is very kind and helpful. We have probably had about 10 different aids and have settled pretty regularly on 4 to cover her 7 days a week. The aids are lovely, kind, well trained people who have been a great support to our family. I highly recommend you consider Visiting Angels when deciding how best to care for your loved ones.
