Do not come here, this environment is terrible and over price. Too many issues with management and know good communication. They blame tenants for their mistakes 😠 walk pass this building, it's a dump right along with plumbing. I put in a work order for this last year, and look it's 2025..... Managers don't know how to talk to you and everything is blamed on you. Hud needs to come out yearly and talk to the tenants. It's sad 😢 that I have to be in this situation. They neglected my apartment and now I'm to blame. I put in a application for a two bedroom and they said they would confirmed my transfer, than they said I didn't need to put in a application and they will confirm my transfer. They never confirmed my transfer 😕 It's not an environment for children either. This building was for senior citizens I heard lol what senior want to live in a building where you have to take a long walk to throw out the trash. No elevators just stress and nasty attitudes 🙏 Pray for me, I know you don't know me. But it's terrible 😔 in here. I hope this building gets sold. It's a ship wreck!!
