Outstanding customer service! After a visit to the E.R. resulting from a trip we knew our parent would need assistance at home to aid in the recovery process. One phone call to Visiting Angels on a Friday night and they immediately jumped to action, assessed the home, met with our parent and assigned Phenomenal agents to provide care at any hour! This is the VERY NEXT DAY after arriving home they were there! They have phenomenal clock in and clock out controls as each agent must use the customer's phone to prove they are onsite and on time. It is a well run organization! The initial plan was for a few months but due to other health challenges the Visiting Angels have become the primary support for our parent. They provide active care, assist with walking, dressing, feeding, driving our parent to appointments and most of all being a friend! They always pick up the phone and answer every single question in a timely manner. Danielle and Rebecca and their Team of Visiting Angels are top notch. The entire leadership team and representatives have made friendly visits just to say hi to our parent and check to make sure things are well even during hospital stays! And lastly, all the agents have responded like Angels. Our parent has had multiple setbacks and this team of Angels has provided comfort and support like no other!
