The owner is a very caring and compassionate person. She is always looking for ways to improve the care provided to the clients, and to ensure her staff are well trained. Finding quality employees is challenging in most industries, but even harder when your staff must provide quality care to others. I've been to her main office and have watched her work multiple times. She has been very understanding and accommodating to her employees during times of personal hardship, and celebrates them during their happy moments, too. Ignore the bad reviews by former employees. They're former employees not by their choice, but their actions/inaction.

I've worked for Visiting Angels here in GF for almost a year (year in August). I love how they work with you and care about your well-being. Which is same for our clients and their families. The flexibility of scheduling and working with you on your schedule. I love the company and my co workers and especially my clients.

Visiting Angels has been a lifesaving experience for my husband and I. Heather has done a wonderful job caring for Larry. She is always very attentive and caring to him. Don’t know how we could make it thru the day without her. Thank you so much for all you do for us.
