My doctor called in an Inogen protocol oxygen concentrator and talked to Melissa. I asked how long it would take to get it in and she said they had 3 in stock. I told her I had to figure out the money then come get it, that was on a Monday and I showed up Friday and Tatiana told me they didn’t have any. She sold me a different concentrator( the only one she said they have).I learning the battery only last 2 hours so I would not be able to fly to say goodbye to my loved ones. I called Melissa that next Monday to ask to return it and she now tells me that she would never tell me that they had the machine the doctor ordered. I asked to return it and she said she would have to ask a supervisor and have not heard back from her. Lost $2,000 on a machine I can’t use and was lied to. Will not ever buy medical supplies here again.

Believe all of the 1 star reviews and go elsewhere for any of your needs. They lie to you about how much items and services will cost and threaten you over the phone and over text messages when you don’t pay a surprise $1000 bill fast enough to make them happy. Choices may be limited in Great Falls but that shouldn’t mean they can get away with doing whatever they want and treating people like they don’t matter.

Zero! Minus stars! I’m furious! I’ve just received a bill for $309.00 for a concentrator. The thing is they hardly ever sent me the bill. My setting was PAPER delivery. If I do not get a paper bill, I do not know when/how much to pay! Whenever I got the bill, I paid! (I have no debts in the world!) These incompetent people let 14 months (not consecutive) run without communicating with me! Whenever I got the bill, I paid! Someone has to be held accountable for the incompetence and harm occasioned to my finances! Someone did not do their job! I expect a discount! Update: I did call, two months ago! You never returned my call or otherwise responded in any way!!! Which further proves my point!
