Visiting Angels is currently caring for my husband who suffers with Dementia. Manager Tina has gone beyond helpful. She is professional, knowledgeable, and flexible. The care Javier is providing in our home for my husband and his support for me as the full time caregiver are sincere, thoughtful and professional. I currently use Visiting Angels to provide care for my elderly mother, and I truly don’t know what I would do without them. From the very beginning, they have gone above and beyond to meet our needs with compassion, reliability, and professionalism. Initially, my mom required help just a few days a week for a few hours at a time. Her caregiver not only helped with everyday tasks—like doctor’s appointments, grocery store visits, and light housekeeping—but also became one of my mom’s closest and most trusted friends. The bond they share has been a priceless source of comfort to both my mother and to me. As my mom’s health has declined and her needs have increased, Visiting Angels has seamlessly stepped in to provide 24/7 care. I will never forget calling Tina, the executive director/owner, in a panic on a holiday weekend after my mother was hospitalized. Her doctor and hospice team recommended around-the-clock care, and I live three hours away. Tina responded immediately and, despite the holiday, had care arranged before the weekend was even over. Every caregiver who has entered my mom’s home has been conscientious, respectful, and incredibly kind. They treat her with the dignity, patience, and tenderness she deserves, and that brings our entire family a sense of peace. I’ve told Tina many times, and I’ll say it again here—Visiting Angels has been a Godsend. Visiting Angels is amazing to work with. They have accommodated many last minute schedule changes and never seem frustrated. Their care givers are top notch, and if for some reason there is a personality conflict, they will readily make a switch for you. They aim to keep you loved one happy and well-cared for while limiting any frustration or hassle for the care giver. Highly recommend!

When a family member was recently diagnosed with dementia and moved into our home, we were overwhelmed and unsure where to turn. A trusted friend recommended Visiting Angels, and we contacted the Forney branch. From the very beginning, Tina and Shomonda's responsiveness and compassion stood out—they quickly arranged a visit to our home to help match us with the right caregiver...which was very important to us. While our loved one was understandably hesitant at first, it didn’t take long before a genuine bond formed. Her "Angel" has become a true source of comfort, companionship, and joy. Their connection is so meaningful that our loved one even asked me to be sure to include her on our Christmas list! Hearing their laughter from the other room brings such peace of mind, and I feel completely confident leaving the house knowing she's in such capable, caring hands. We are incredibly grateful to Visiting Angels for making such a difficult transition feel supported, personal, and full of heart. And we are so appreciative to our "Angel" for being so caring towards our loved one.
