Visiting Angels is very easy to work with. They don't charge a huge administration fee like other agencies that I looked into. Christine from Visiting Angels has been taking care of my mother who is in her 90's and is great, she has patience and is very nice to my mother. I give Christine a 5 Star rating and will keep on using Visiting Angels.

When my mom was discharged from the hospital in late December 2025, we made a family decision to have hospice care for mom at our home. And as wonderful as hospice care was, we quickly realized that 24/7 care was needed. After calling around we decided to have Visiting Angels of Snohomish County be the provider. Their professionalism, promptness, and proximity to our home were key factors in the decision. Kallie was our case manager and came to our home that same afternoon to provide an initial assessment of mom and our home. And to our delight, the Visiting Angels team was able to begin providing care for mom the same day which brought us tremendous relief. The care provided to mom was truly wonderful. They sang to her, read to her, provided massage, helped her with bathroom needs, eating, doing laundry, and keeping our family aware of what mom needed and how she was responding. Kallie would come out with every new care worker, Clarissa kept me up to date on all scheduling needs/concerns, and Brandi (owner) was very responsive and supportive to our family. My mom was in the care of Visiting Angels of Snohomish County for 19 days before she passed. My family and I will always be very grateful for the love and care she received by Brandi’s team and the compassionate follow-up in the days since. Thank you, Visiting Angels!

My grandma needed to come home from the hospital and was not safe to come home alone. My mom and I called a couple of places and Visiting Angels was the quickest to answer our call and help us. Everyone was so nice and we felt taken care of. They came out to the hospital to meet with the family and had everything set up for her to come home within a couple of days! Grandma was so happy to be home and is loving her care team. The caregivers are so good and we love our care manager too. We would highly recommend Visiting Angels of Snohomish County to anyone! They are true angels. Thank you for all the help and support you have given my grandma and our family.

From the first call to Amber (our amazing coordinator) to her coming to the house and bringing the Angels (care team) we have had nothing but a smooth and wonderful experience. I cannot recommend this group enough if you have a loved one that you need help with! They are professional, caring, kind and an immense relief to have in our lives.

My dad was in a memory care home and declined majorly. Brandi was so helpful! She found the very best caregiver for my dad. My mom lives 700ft away and is able to visit my dad anytime. It has brought our entire family so much peace to see my dad thriving finally. We are so grateful and will definitely use visiting angels again! Thank you!
