My mom lives here and I’ve brought my kids to swim in the apartment pool with her a couple times. This last time the pool was unusable. Told the front office and got “we’re understaffed”. But they can still raise the rent just fine.

The apartment itself is nice. They have had the main gathering room closed for maybe 2 months now which is a little excessive and that doesn't give the residents a place to gather indoors.. The problem is the office staff. If you try calling them, they don't answer nor do they return calls. Try it!! You won't get an answer lol, it's a joke. No matter how many times you call you will have won the lottery if anyone picks up. Like I said, don't bother leaving a vm because they don't return calls. Their excuse "we are short staffed" which is a bunch of crap because it's been like this forever! The last three weeks, the north side back door has been left open which is not good when this is supposed to be a secured appointment complex. The door needs repaired because it doesn't close and lock properly. I've tried calling the office to report it and no answer. The director of the property is only there a couple days a week, no wonder they are under staffed!! The other office staff act like you are putting them out of their way if you ask a question. They really need to clean house with their staff and start over. If you ask other residents you will get the same response I am posting here, they don't care about the residents!

A friend stay here nice people but I hear they have bad bed bug problem.n fleas N a friend who my friend let a friend come visit her apt. N the person left the bldg with my friend n they go went their separate ways and the person somehow gets back into the bldg n broke into her/his apt..n the office on site didn't do anything to help such as changer the locks or have empathy for .....and how my friend knows who broke in her apt is because the idiot left something behind ..I won't say what because the law is involved and don't want to hurt the case so before u choose this apartment bldg to live in read and reread ...The staff is cool to.some.or who they choose n have compassion for who they choose but when someone violates ur spàce u definitely want the office staff to work with you not against you and hop on things like changing the locks And to help you get back comfortable in your space because it has been violated rather it be a friend or a acquaintance you need the office to help you thru this difficult time n have it back RT? From what I hear don't expect that from this office staff and I believe these Apartments you can get thru Everett Housing Housing Authority not all.applicants go thru EHA just some but as far as Everett Housing Authority as a place to get a apartment from I don't think it's them...It is the staff at this particular apartment bldg (The Vintage)...I hear they nice but apparently show favoritism to some
